This app is designed for and works very well for crossfit style workouts, enabling you to record WODs composed of various movements, based on traditional crossfit metrics (for time, for rounds, etc), that most other fitness trackers arent really geared for. It also does a good job on recording lifting movement as well, which is actually what I use it for most (I dont crossfit as much as I used to), and this is great for a lifting program based on progressive overload. My one wish would be that the movement section (amounts lifted) would show up on the workout calendar. The calendar function for the WODs is very nice, but if you want to see your lifting days, you have to enter them separately as WODs.
