Awesome app!

I use this app almost every day. As an avid crossfitter Im constantly verifying a past best on a lift to figure out what 75% or 80% is. Plus I use it to record all named wods so that when they come up again I can try and beat my previous time. Well worth the money!

The best!

Hands down best wod tracker in App Store. Cant live without it.

Good CF app

Great app for keeping up with work outs and movements. I wish the home page was more attractive. Overall, it organizes my wods and movements very nicely.

Love this app

I liked this app when I first downloaded it, but it has gotten better with each release. Love starting my day with it!

Functional App

The pages are easy to access and navigate. Workouts are easily searchable and tools like the WOD library and percentage calculator are very helpful additions.

Stupid fresh

I dig this app. It would be way better with Apple watch integration. Like an actual HIIT calibration that could be used in app to measure calories burned. Etc. the activity app for Apple is cool but having one designed especially for the xf community = phenomenal.

Awesome

Great app to keep track of my progress!

Crashes - auto backup

App crashes after clicking auto backup. This is from the most recent update.

My favorite!

This app is a great way to keep all my workouts together! I can push myself now that I know what my previous weights were!!! Great app:) make sure you back it up often

Great App, Crashes on Backup

Great app, easy to use and keep track of workouts, PRs and other records. Since the last update, it crashes on auto-backup though. Please fix!!

Good but needs some fixes

This is a good app for tracking your workouts and putting some basic data in. I have used it for two years, and it gets the job done. However, it needs some improvement. The app is not very smart. For example, I go to different gyms that use both kilograms and pounds. This means that sometimes I want to enter in the weight in kilos, and sometimes in pounds. The app does not function optimally if you do this because you can no longer sort your Lifts by weight or use the graph feature. Somehow, the app cannot think in both systems. It is also really annoying that there is no built in calculation cool if you want to see what the weight would be from one metric system to the other.

Great for CrossFit

Very flexible app

I like it

The basic functionality of this app isnt any different that the rest of the WOD trackers out there. It will interface with your boxs RSS feed, which will keep u from hand entering a bunch of information. You can track your progress on a number of pre-programmed movements. And I like the ability to add movements. The only shortcoming in my opinion is the inability to track the benchmark WODs. You can pseudo do this by searching back thru all your completed WODs or you could create a movement that is the workout, but why do all that work. All in all I like the app. Ive been using it for a well over a year and will continue to do so.

Great app! Minor tweaks could make it even better

(Updated 10/6/15) This is a great app for tracking WODs and PRs. It was very well thought out. The timers are great as well as a database of "Girls," "Heros," and travel WODs. The graph function doesnt know the difference between kilos and pounds so if you log in both the graphs will make you look weak on kilo days. This logic could be programmed in there Im sure. The ability to find CF gyms darn near anywhere is worth the price of the app (although you do have to hunt for this feature a bit). Some things I would like is the ability to more easily change WOD location as I travel frequently and work out at many boxes. Also, the capability to search for a box other than the location Im currently in would be helpful in coordinating drop-in WODs. The ability to set a rest between Tabata rounds would be good. In other words, 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest followed by 1 minute rest then another Tabata sequence. (Fixed) Lastly, the "scroll" entry for max weights is kind of annoying and cumbersome. This is the only instance that I known of in the app where everything else is a far simpler keypad format.

Great App!

Great app any chance of Apple Watch availability anytime soon? Something to incorporate the timers??

MyWOD

Very nice app! Use it everyday!

RSS feed not working since 10/6/15

I have loved this app for a long time now. RSS feed stopped working after 10/6/15 and never re-started. I emailed the app developer and never heard back. I will have to look for a new app to use.

App CRASHES!

Update: it would be great if I could add a pic to my WOD diary. I like to take a pic of the board and instead of writing it out, Id like to be able to add a pic and then just write my notes on the bottom. I just started using it. Seems simple enough in keeping track of WODs. However, this app randomly crashes. Ummm NOT OK for $3.99! Developers need to fix this stat!

Great app

Easy to record max weights and keep track of progress.

Latest update wont fully download and jams up my phone

Tried to delete and it wont delete either. I wish it would update because I actually do like this app.
