Great app

All around good app. I have a few suggestions...An import feature would be nice. The backup to Dropbox exports a SqlLite database file so with a little messing around I was able import into that and restore from backup. In the movement tab it would be nice to be able to hide the "sets" column as I just use it for maxes. It would also be nice to have a "Show PRs option" in the movements as well.

I love it for tracking WOD performances, PRs, timers, etc... I recommend it to all CrossFitters.

Best WOD Tracker for CrossFit

This is the best app on the store for tracking WODs, movement PRs and has a nice built in timer. My only gripe is that theyve messed with data sync a few times and theyve had some issues. I just want the app to work, and I dont want to worry about losing all my data. I do wish there was a "Share to Messages" option.

Solid app, hits the high points

Have been using this for six months and found it to be very useful. The separation of WODs and movements keeps lift records easy to find. The search functionality has made finding earlier workouts easy too. Improvements that could turn this into a five star review: automatic backup to drop box, integration with Apple health app.

Best app ever for recording workouts

Ive used it to log my wods, my PRs, and my max weights for 5 years now! Great app... Perfect for crossfitters!! I recommend it to everyone!

3 years later still gets used everyday!!!

Its had its bugs in the past but they are dedicated to keep it running as smoothly as possible. Use it everyday and have no problem finding what I need.

Very versatile and extremely useful app. Very reliable (no crashes and has backed up my WIDs for the past 3 years). Ive been using it daily for several years now and it has been beyond helpful in guiding me to better fitness!

Awesome app

This app is great for tracking workouts and movements and PRs. The built in timers are very helpful and the library of benchmarks is helpful. Being able to plug into our gyms feed is a huge time saver but you do need someone to have set that up for you. Needs auto back up to be a 5 star app.

Very good app for Crossfit-style workouts

This app is designed for and works very well for crossfit style workouts, enabling you to record WODs composed of various movements, based on traditional crossfit metrics (for time, for rounds, etc), that most other fitness trackers arent really geared for. It also does a good job on recording lifting movement as well, which is actually what I use it for most (I dont crossfit as much as I used to), and this is great for a lifting program based on progressive overload. My one wish would be that the movement section (amounts lifted) would show up on the workout calendar. The calendar function for the WODs is very nice, but if you want to see your lifting days, you have to enter them separately as WODs.

What happened to using the CrossFit HQ RSS Feed?

This is a great app and until a couple of weeks ago, it worked great. Recording WODs was easy and seamless until the CrossFit HQ changed its website. Now, the app wont pull up the CFHQ WOD for addition to the MYWOD app. What gives? Can you send out a fix?

Good app for practicality but does not stream the WOD from crossfir.com as stated. That feature is broken because crossfire HQ killed the RSS feed to pretty much every app that streams it.

Great app. Keeps getting better.

This app isnt bogged down in ads like other ones. It is clean and easy to use. Great way to keep track of everything! I really wish there was a social media aspect to this that allows us to have friends and compare scores and compete. That is what is missing.

not happy

I really like this app to track my movements and WODs.. with that said, Im disappointed. I recently got a new phone, downloaded the app and was not able to log back in. none of my information transferred :(

Been using this app for yeas and it truly gets the job done with no fus. Easy to use!

Great app - easy to use!

Before this app I was finding ways to record my WODs (usually just writing the down in a notebook). It was a little difficult when I wanted to redo a WOD and compare my improvement. This app makes it easy to record wods and movements! I love being able to compare benchmark wods and see how my lifts have improved. Super easy to use and love that the benchmark WODs are already listed and you can make your own.

Wont load my gyms feed - no response from tech support

I bought this app and found by box in the list. Their feed wont load. After repeated attempts to get help from customer services, still no response. Im left with something completely useless. Do not pay for this app!!
